GUEST SATISFACTION AND WELFARE 

At Creta Maris Resort, guest satisfaction is our top priority. We value feedback and ensure that our guests’ experiences are consistently monitored and improved. During their stay, guests are invited to complete a questionnaire, allowing us to address any concerns immediately. Upon check-out, we follow internal procedures to carefully review and consider their feedback for continuous improvement. 

We also collect, monitor, and analyze reviews and comments from past guests through a dedicated platform to identify areas for enhancement. Our complaint management system ensures that all concerns are promptly addressed, with the entire management team involved in finding the best possible resolution.
